I am BSc in Computer Engineering and MSc in Development and Integration of Software Solutions. I am also a PhD who is currently working as Research Associate at Morelab Research Group focusing on Mobile Services, Interaction Models and User Experience. My background is in the field of Human Computer Interaction (HCI), where my research interests are several. Prior to that role, I have started working as developer in IDE - Grupo Informática de Euskadi maintaining a software infraestructure related to the software architecture department. In 2009, I received the “Best End-term project award; Faculty of Engineering of the University of Deusto”, which was the main trigger of my research career. Apart from creating and realizing new ideas related to new technologies, my hobbies include surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding and traveling among others.
I like depeloping Android apps since 2010. I think mobile devices are our key interface to interact with the digital wold.
Making something simple is harder than making it complex. I try to be simple through usability and interaction techniques.
Since 2008 I have ve been learning several technologies to focus my research on mobile applications.
I also enjoy studying how games are made. As a result I have developed a basic 2d engine based on OpenGL. I am also learning the Unity platform.
